Old family house, isolated, completely renovated with high quality materials, opened on October 2015, located on an agricultural property, in the quiet Gers countryside heart, including a forest belonging to the property, where you can make some walks, panoramic view on Gers landscapes, on the several hectares cottage park with very old holm oaks, but also on Pyrenees mountain.

Our cottage of 160m², able to accomodate 9 people, is certified by Gîtes de France 3 ears and accomodates you with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen, a swimming pool, 2 pergolas.

The cottage is located in Lahas, in Gers department, in the cultural activites and sports heart and the most beautiful Midi-Pyrenees country villages.

The cottage description:

The cottage is composed of a large living room and a fully equipped American kitchen.

4 bedrooms are available:

- 1 bedroom suite 30 m² with a king-size bed 160, a dressing room and a privative bathroom

- 1 bedroom 20m² with a king-size bed 160

- 1 bedroom 18m² with three beds 90

- 1 bedroom 18m² with two beds 90

All bedrooms are equipped with very large cupboards. The bedding is completely new.

The house has also a second bathroom, two separate toilets, as well as a large garage 50m² that can accommodate two cars.

Wifi connection, free of charge, is available throughout the cottage.

The house has a several hectares park in the middle of the countryside, in a farmland. A forest is also included in the property.

A private swimming pool, with salt treatment, without chlorine, with its pergola (armchairs and sofa), a children’s swing and a second pergola with its table and chairs are at your disposal.
